Q.  What gondola shelving do you supply?

A.  We inventory an extensive line of Lozier store fixtures in our 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse for immediate delivery. For retail counters, we partner with several manufacturers who have years of experience in engineering and fabrication. The design of your floor plans, gondola configuration, and counters are performed by our in-house experts. Our team performs the design of your stores and counters.

Q.  Can you supply specialty fixtures not found on your website?

A.  Absolutely! We have been in the retail services market for almost 30 years and have established relationships with many suppliers and vendors. If you don’t see it here, we can help you find it.

Q. What is the lead time on gondola shelving & materials?

A. Material acquisition varies by what components and parts you need. We stock a full line of Lozier gondola shelving at our warehouse and can ship within a few days of ordering.  Counters can take between 3 to 6 weeks of production depending on the features you choose. Custom counters can take longer due to approvals need from you. The key is to get started early and not put yourself in too tight of a timeline.

Q. Can you just give me a quote only for fixtures and counters?

A. Absolutely! Our products and services fit into wherever you are in the development and execution process. We are experienced at working with general contractors and other installers to get the components you need to meet your deadline.

Q. Do your have your own installers?

A. Yes! We have a large team of retail installers with all skill levels and experience. They are our W-2 employees. We use local temporary help when absolutely necessary and assign them to non-skilled tasks. With our installation services you are getting professionals who know what they are doing and stay on the job until it is done right.

Q. Can I use my own staff or other installers?

A. Sure. We can drop ship your fixtures, counter, and other materials directly to the job site. We can also offer them advise on installation if they run into trouble.

Q. What is the cost for the store layout design?

A. This also varies depending upon where you are in the process and the complexity of the project. This is one area we discuss in your initial consultation.
