Q. What if I currently don’t have a plan or drawing of my store?
A. We can help you create one. To get started we will need measurements of the space and photos of existing conditions. We will send you a guide that explains everything you will need to send us.
Q. How do I measure my store?
A. Simply use a measuring tape and notate the key inside dimensions between walls and openings. Also notate and doors, windows, electrical/IT resources, and other obstructions. Ask about our store survey services if you would like us to do it for you.
Q. How do I submit my plans, drawing or photos?
A. We will send you an email with several different options including email, Dropbox or other file sharing resources. As far as photos go, the more photos you take the better it is for the process.
Q. How long does the process take?
A. This varies based on the size and complexity of your project. If you already have plans that drawn by an architect, the process goes much quicker. If we are designing from scratch it requires more time. It also is determined by your response to design changes and edits during the process.
Q. What is the lead time on materials?
A. Material acquisition varies by what components and parts you need. We stock a full line of Lozier gondola shelving at our warehouse and can ship within a few days of ordering. Counters can take between 3 to 6 weeks of production depending on the features you choose. Custom counters can take longer due to approvals need from you. The key is to get started early and not put yourself in too tight of a timeline.
Q. Can you just give me a quote only for fixtures and counters?
A. Absolutely! Our products and services fit into wherever you are in the development and execution process. We are experienced at working with general contractors and other installers to get the components you need to meet your deadline.
Q. Can I use my own staff or other installers?
A. Sure. We can drop ship your fixtures, counter and other materials directly to the job site. We can also offer them advise on installation if they run into trouble.
Q. What is the cost for the store layout design?
A. This also varies depending upon where you are in the process and complexity of the project. This is one area we discuss on your initial consultation.
